Four pressures, none of which get better by trying harder.
You are accountable for the manifest
Licensing in most origin countries makes the operator responsible for returning every pilgrim they took. A missing pilgrim is a regulatory event, not just a bad week.
Your staff ratio is impossible
One group leader for forty to fifty pilgrims, across five days, in a crowd of millions, on foot, in the heat. No amount of diligence scales to that.
Your reputation is word of mouth
Pilgrims choose operators on the recommendation of people who travelled with them. One badly handled separation travels further than a decade of clean seasons.
You are already doing this manually
Headcounts, WhatsApp groups, coloured lanyards, phone trees. The work is happening. It is just happening without instrumentation.
Triage, done for you.
A leader running forty pilgrims on foot in 47°C does not need more information. They need less of it, ordered correctly, with one action attached to each row.
Illustration of the console. Names and readings are examples.
Live group map
Every band in the group on one map, with name, status and last update. Filter to the ones that need attention rather than reading forty pins.
Manifest provisioning
Upload the group manifest; bands are assigned, labelled and linked to next-of-kin before the group leaves the origin country. No configuration in Saudi Arabia.
Sub-group and leader assignment
Split a party into buses, tents and family units, each with its own leader and its own escalation path, so an alert reaches the person who is thirty metres away rather than the office back home.
Perimeters per stage
Camp, hotel, Haram and procession perimeters defined once per stage of the rite and applied to the whole group.
Heat-strain ranking
The group ordered by heat risk, continuously. A leader with one pair of hands gets a queue, not a wall of readings.
Escalation and audit trail
Every alert, acknowledgement and resolution timestamped and exportable. When a regulator or a family asks what happened and when, there is a record.
Family access, scoped
Named next-of-kin see their own pilgrim and nobody else. Families stop calling the group leader for reassurance, which is itself a meaningful operational saving.
Reconciliation before departure
A final count against the manifest at every transit point, so a coach does not leave without someone on it.
Nothing is configured in Saudi Arabia.
Every setup step happens while you still have the group in one room at the origin airport. A product that needs a leader to configure software at Mina at midnight has not understood the job.
- 01
Manifest, before departure
You send the group manifest. We provision a band per pilgrim, labelled with their name and linked to the next-of-kin they nominate.
- 02
Handover at the origin airport
Bands are fitted at departure, not on arrival. Sizing, wear checks and the family app walkthrough all happen while you still have the group in one room.
- 03
Console live for the rite
Your leaders run the group from the console on their own phones. Perimeters are pre-set per stage, so nobody is configuring software at Mina.
- 04
Reconcile and return
Bands are collected at departure and reconciled against the manifest. You keep the audit trail; we wipe the location history on the schedule you set.
Per pilgrim, per pilgrimage. No platform fee, no minimum.
Bands, straps, chargers, connectivity, the console and support are all included in the per-pilgrim price. Bands are collected and returned at the end of the season, so you are not buying inventory to store for a year.

The strap is a single unstitched, unknotted piece with a smooth clasp, the same category as a wristwatch or a medical alert bracelet, which are widely held to be permissible. We are not a religious authority and we do not present ourselves as one. We have built the band so the ruling is straightforward, and we encourage every group to confirm it with the scholar they already rely on. We will supply the physical specification to help that conversation.
